As the IsDoseDispensed flag is only for E4+ versions, we do not yet use it. However, the proposed definition makes sense to us, and aligns with how we would want to implement it in the future.

We would also like to know the answer to the previous reply regarding validity dates: "if a DD prescription expires, will the Ordinance have its DD marking removed?"
---- In Danish: "Og tilsvarende den anden vej, hvis en DD recept udløber, vil Ordinationen så få fjernet sin DD markering?"

Hej Ellen,

We wanted to get some clarification about this change. If we send a prescription with a validity period beyond 30 days, what happens? For example, if we sent a prescription with a validity period of 60 days, would FMK accept the prescription validity period and it would remain 60 days? Or will FMK automatically change the validity period from 60 days to 30 days?
  • If FMK changes the validity period automatically, will a message be sent back to our user system with the updated validity period?
  • Will this also affect current prescription validity periods? Will current validity periods beyond +30 days be automatically shortened or is this just for prescriptions created in the future? (Your post makes it seem it is only for new prescriptions going forward, but I wanted to confirm)
